These terms and conditions constitute the regulation of the contract between:

The terms of use establish the rules of use between the user and Parliamoinitaliano.com regarding the online Italian classes sold in the format of packs of hours on the ParliamoinItaliano.com website.

 

Personalized classes

ParliamoinItaliano.com packs of hours are personalized and are not transferable to other person(s).

 

What the classes include

The Parliamoinitaliano.com website packs give the user the right to converse in Italian with selected native Italian people (called conversationalists) on the same website, in order to improve the user's fluency and vocabulary.

 

Validity of time packs

The hours of each ParliamoinItaliano.com packs are valid for one year from the day of purchase by the user. After this term, the user will not be able to recover any lost hours or carry out any conversation unless they buy a new pack.

 

Duration of classes and calendar schedule

Each class or conversation can last from a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 90 minutes, from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Peninsular Spanish time) and on Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. : 00h.

After purchasing an hour pack, a person in charge of ParliamoinItaliano.com will contact the user by mail or phone to schedule the schedule of the conversations.

 

Class modification and cancellation policy

The user and the conversationalists of ParliamoinItaliano.com undertake to respect the dates, times and duration of the scheduled classes, although the user has the possibility to change the day and time of their conversation up to three hours before the scheduled class. The user can also reduce the duration of the class, always communicating it in advance of at least three hours, but in no case may it increase it. In case the user decides to finish a class in advance and without having notified, the lost minutes cannot be recovered.

To allow this flexibility, the user accepts that the speakers can vary between one class and another without having to previously communicate it to the user.

The user will not be able to retrieve a conversation that has not been canceled and rescheduled at least three hours in advance.

In case a conversationalist cannot connect due to force majeure and cannot be replaced by another, the user can always make up the entire class on the day he prefers, with prior agreement with the talker or with a person responsible for programming the Web.

 

Maximum number of hours of conversation daily and weekly

Each user can schedule a maximum of one and a half hours of conversation per day and never more than four hours of conversation per week, distributed according to their needs and always in agreement with a person responsible for the programming of ParliamoinItaliano.com

 

Virtual channels for conversations

The user has to indicate to the person in charge of the programming of Parliamoinitaliano.com the preferred way to connect with their conversationalist on the established dates and times. The conversations can take place through Skype, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp (or also Zoom in case the scheduled conversation does not exceed 30 minutes).

 

Delay in connecting to class

In the event of a delay of more than 10 minutes by the user, the speaker has the right to cancel the class and remove the reserved time from the pack of hours, as if the class had been held. The minutes lost by the user cannot always be recovered.

 

In the event of a delay on the part of a talker, the user will have the right to make up the minutes lost at the end of the same class or in another class scheduled.

 

User personal data

The user has to provide some personal information such as name, surname, address, email and telephone number during the purchase process of the packs. The user is responsible for the correct provision of the data. 

 

Privacy of personal data
